Credit Card orders

We currently accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit card payments.

Money Orders

Non-credit card payments can be made by money order. Please email GraphicMX specifying your order along with your name address and phone number. We'll respond via email with a total, including shipping and handling charges. Mail your money order, list of items, name, address and phone number to the address provided.

Shipping

The numerous color and material options we offer prevent us from maintaining an inventory of graphics to pull from and ship. We print our graphics as the orders come in and ship them as soon as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 days.

Orders with shipping addresses to PO boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii will be shipped USPS Priority mail.

Rush processing:
GraphicMX will put forth our best effort to ship all rush processing orders the next business day after receipt of the order for an additional fee provided that the following conditions are met:

• Order is submitted before 4 p.m. EST.
• Your transaction and credit card authorization is successfully completed before 5:30PM EST.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it for a refund if returned within 30 days of shipment if items are still in new and unused condition. Go to our Returns page and fill out the form.

Return your order to Graphic MX, include a copy of your invoice along with any instructions for replacement.

GraphicMX will refund your purchase amount less shipping, handling, and rush processing costs and a 15% re-stocking fee upon receipt of the products in new and unused condition. Returned graphics for bikes/quads of 5 model years or older and numbers will be assessed a 35% restocking fee.

Refusal of delivery for correctly fulfilled orders will be subject to restocking fees stated above. Refusal of delivery of custom graphics does not constitute a refund.

Shipping damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced upon receipt of the original order.

Custom graphics are non-returnable.
